All VA Packages Include The Following Support:

Checking and responding to emails
Listening and calling back any voicemails
Scheduling appointments on Jane or Owl
Following up on overdue invoices
Processing payments (e-transfer and credit card)
Uploading any new forms needed to your client management software
Calling new inquiries and doing a brief intake to match that client with the right associate – or to ensure that client will be a good fit for you
Organizing your inbox – creating folders – tags, putting all emails away that have been resolved
Organizing your Google Drive or Microsoft One Drive to ensure all files are in an easily identifiable folder

Jump Start

A perfect way to jump-start your new clinic or growing private practice! These two time options provide you with two check in’s from your VA per weekday.

Building Up

Ready to have a substantial amount of time back in your day? These packages include two email and voicemail check ins from your designated VA every weekday. With all of that extra time freed up, you’ll be able to continue growing your therapy practice.

Forward Stride

For clinics or clinicians that know their businesses are striding towards success! If you have over 5 associates, or two practices serving two different types of clients – you know your VA will need to spend a few hours each day to ensure things are properly supported. These packages provide three extended check in’s per day to get all the t’s crossed and the i’s dotted.

Any packages that are higher than 45 hours per month have a flat hourly rate of $46 per hour +HST.

*Please note there is a $200 initial setup fee when you begin services and the above fees are before HST.

Your sessions may focus on assessing your current practice (what is and isn’t working) exploring where your marketing can be improved, or helping you decide and set your goals for this year, and implementing a plan for how you can achieve those goals (and how Sharon can help!)
